What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Prepare important shipping documents including Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List and Certificate of Origin.
- Coordinate international sea, air and land freight with major shipping lines like Maersk, CMA, Emirates, Qatar Airways, DHL & TCS.
- Track shipments and containers using CargoWise One, IntelliTrack and other logistics tools.
- Communicate professionally with overseas agents, customs officials, transporters and clients via email and WhatsApp.
- Ensure full compliance with Pakistan Customs, FBR rules and global trade regulations.
- Handle shipment delays, documentation errors, demurrage and operational challenges.
- Provide customers real-time shipment updates, ETA details and proof of delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
- Intermediate / A-Levels / Bachelor’s Degree (any field)
- Fresh graduates and beginners are highly encouraged
- Good English writing & speaking skills
- Basic MS Excel & Google Sheets knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time
- Must be able to join within 2 weeks
Bonus Points If You Have
- 3–6 months experience in logistics, shipping line, courier or clearing agency
- CILT / FIATA / PFFF Certifications
- Knowledge of import & export procedures
